Scheduling an Energetic Healing Session: (man or animal) *
Long Distance Sessions: I will work with you or your animal companions at a prearranged time from my healing room. During that time please provide a calming and relaxing environment for yourself and your animal companion. I find that for most animals, there is less stress if they remain in the security and comfort of their own home.
(In person sessions are not conducted in person with aggressive animals, long distance only).
Fee for the healing session: The cost, including our initial emails or conversation, the session itself and the post reading discussion are included within the timeframe for any of the modalities (except for Flower/Gem Essence Therapy and EFT, see below).
Flower/Gem Essence Therapy: is a 30 minute consultation, a 30 minute energetic scan and analysis of the subject's energetic profile, and includes one custom blended 1 oz. essence, blessed with Reiki, energized on a Crystal Grid.
EFT (The Emotional Freedom Technique)
For Animals: 45 min. appointment, consisting of a 15 minute consultation, 20 minute tapping session, a 10 minute instruction for you to continue EFT between appointments, and a personalized protocol sent to you within 24 hours. Fee is $100 per animal

- After the session: When the session has been completed, I will call you to discuss the results. (While many communicators/healers work with the animal while you are on the phone, I find I am more effective without the distractions of emotions or electromagnetics.)

- Fee for the healing session: The consultation and 1 oz. essence will be $100. The essence will be shipped within 36 hours of the consultation. Additional 1 oz. essences are $18. Special orders are taken for a 2 oz. blend $28.00. Shipping and taxes are additional. $5 additional charge for special packaging during hot weather.

Payments
Pay Pal is the preferred method of payment. Payment is required prior to the time of your appointment unless prior arrangements have been made.
Cancelled or Missed Appointments: Phone and In-Person Sessions
- There is a $50.00 fee for sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice.
- Missed appointments (no call/no show) will be charged at the scheduled session rate since the session time could not be rebooked, and the fee will not be refunded.

*Disclosure/Consent
According to The Illinois Veterinary Act I am required to have you sign a Disclosure Statement that basically states that I am not a Veterinarian, I do not diagnose, nor prescribe drugs. This statement is required before i can work on your animal.
I also require a signed Disclosure Statement for humans. Below is a sample of statement. When appointment is made, I will email this disclosure statement to you.

I (owner or agent of the owner) agree and give my consent for these therapies to be given to myself, anyone under my guardianship, or my animal companion(s). until I decide otherwise, as evidenced by my personal information entered on this form or acknowledged by reading and understanding this form via fax or email to Energetic Therapy for All God's Creatures.
I understand that modalities such as Reiki, EFT, TTouch, but not limited to those modalities are stress reduction and relaxation techniques. I acknowledge that treatments are administered only for the purpose of helping myself or my companions for: relaxation, stress reduction, and overall wellness.
I understand that Linda is not a licensed health care professional, nor does she prescribe drugs. Linda also has informed me that her sessions do not replace qualified medical or veterinary care, and that if I, or anyone under my care, (human or animal), have a physical or psychological issue that qualified medical care/training should be sought.
I understand that in allowing Linda to perform energetic therapy, I understand the principles of the body having the ability to heal itself with the assistance of medical treatment and energetic therapies. To do so, complete relaxation is often beneficial. I also understand that when there are long term imbalances in the body, sometimes, multiple treatments may be required to allow the body to reach the level of relaxation necessary to bring the system back into balance.
I also understand that I also have a responsibility for myself, and my animal’s healing, therefore I must apply myself in a positive way if I/my animal are to receive the full benefit of energy therapy. I also realize that I have a commitment to my animal and must be willing to make the necessary changes in my animal’s environment to receive the full benefit of energy therapy for my animal or human companions.
I also understand that “healing” may not mean a cure and accept the concept that healing can be on an emotional, mental, or spiritual level as well as the physical.

Preparation for a session:
- The animal's name, breed/physical description, gender, and age, as well as the address where he will physically be are needed for the session so i connect with the correct animal.
- Pictures are not necessary, but I prefer to make the connection with the animal knowing what he/she looks like. It is helpful to have the picture for the healing session, and for future use if additional sessions may be required.
- E-mailing photos works very well if you have digital capabilities, so you do not need to send the original photographs. Any original photos sent are returned once the session is completed, unless stated that i may keep them.
- An overview of history (including wellness, behavioral, and other current concerns) helps me to put the animals' feedback into context, but please keep this brief if provided.
- The brief history and the list of questions, is to be submitted at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled session if possible, as this will free up at least 10 minutes of the consultation.
