EFT for Animals
                                             The Emotional Freedom Technique

I have received several requests to explain in detail what The Emotional Freedom Tehnique is all about.  So I will take the time to explain what this technique is all about and how it can help man and animal with issues of trauma, behavior and pain.

Gary Craig developed this technique, but it started thousands of years ago when the ancients mapped all the subtle energy points of the human body.  There are others who preceded and inspired Gary to develop his technique, but one especially, Dr. Callahan who became a pioneer in the meridian therapy.  Dr. Callahan has been joined by other respected scientists and doctors, such as:   Dr. Bruce Lipton, Lynne McTaggert, and Dr. Constance Pert, who believe we are on the ground floor of a major healing breakthrough.

WHAT IS THE EMOTIONAL FREEDOM TECHNIQUE?
EFT has been called Psychological Acupuncture, without needles.  It is defined as a relaxation and calming technique that:
  • Modifies the anxiety response
  • Foster body awareness
  • Enables one to get to their issues faster
  • Resolve them without having to go into great detail and reliving the trauma
Eft respects the memory of the trauma, but addresses the true cause, which is:
The disruption in the body's energy system.  This is accomplished by stimulating certain release points by tapping on them with our fingertips.  These release points are the 12 main Meridians, and the Central Governing and Conception Vessels on the human body.

Gary’s belief was:
The cause of all negative emotions is disruption in the body’s energy system!
What Gary means is:  Negative thoughts or distressing memories create a disruption in your energy system, and that causes the physical/emotional response.

When our body's electrical systems, meridians and chakras become imbalanced through a distressing memory or traumatic experience, it creates a negative energy that resides in one or more of our meridians or chakras and becomes a blockage.  this blockage prevents the Universal Life Force or Chi from flowing throughout our bodies; if this continues, the body can experience physical, emotional, mental or spiritual illness.

The EFT technique addresses those emotional blockages by tapping on the meridian end points.  This tapping works to break up those emotional blockages residing in the meridians, and in doing so, releases them and the negative emotions held with the distressing memory or trauma.

This technique also works on phobias, fears, behavioral issues, as well as a means for pain management.  This technique is effective for humans as well as animals.  The time frame depends on the severity of the issue, sometimes the issue can be resolved in as little as 30 minutes, more severe issues can take up to several months.
EFT can be performed in person and long distance.

EFT for Animals
Are you at your wits end regarding your animal's fear of noise, riding in the car, separation anxiety, or other fears or phobias?  I have found EFT an amazing technique that can help you and your animals achieve a peaceful life.  Just as with humans, to resolve the animal's issues, we need to get to the core issue.  Animals pick up on our anxieties and stresses in addition to the stresses they face living with humans which is not a natural environment for them.  All this stress can lead to a compromised immune system coupled with the toxins that they are subjected to from the environment.

EFT can be helpful in releasing the stress they feel, EFT can be helpful in lessening the pain and discomfort they have due to chronic health issues.  EFT can help them with their fears and phobias.  EFT can assist with behavioral issues due to fear and insecurities.

DVD and EWorkbook are available for $25.
